Section 4 — Quick-Check Rules

Volume below average on break = suspect until proven otherwise

HTF trend conflict = immediate conviction ceiling of 70%

Break during funding reset window = caution flag

Risk Context veto = no trade, full stop

ABSTAIN is not inactivity — it is the trade
